Soups

I absolutely love soups on a cold and gray day. Often I make soups for Sunday dinner with the family. It’s relaxing to start making the broth and chopping the veggies with a glass of wine in hand. Letting it simmer fills the house with good mouth-watering scents. And I always make more for leftovers, which often are better heated up. Find a recipe you like or post your own favorite.
