- 3-tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3-tablespoons of fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- Zest/rind of one lemon
- salt and pepper to taste

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan. When it’s hot, add the minced garlic and the red pepper flakes and cook for a few minutes until the garlic begins to turn light brown.
