My wife and I used to argue over grilling with gas vs. grilling with charcoal. I preferred gas because of the convenience, while she preferred charcoal because of the flavor. I came across a video of Terry Bradshaw promoting a Traeger wood pellet grill. We purchased one and we have been hooked ever since. These grills are also great for barbecue and slow smoking.
