People will be pleasantly surprised when they bite into these no-bake potato chip and peanut cookies sweet treats! The sweet/salty combination will have your friends and family asking for more. (These are so sweet that you could almost consider them candy)
Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
- 1 package of vanilla almond bark or chocolate-flavored almond bark. I make both kinds, but my family likes the vanilla the best.
- 2 1/2 cups of salted Spanish peanuts
- 1 large bag of regular potato chips, crushed
Here’s what to do:
Place the almond bark on a cutting board and, using a knife, chop into squares. It’s hard to cut, so be careful.
Place the almond bark in a large pan on medium heat and stir the almond bark until it all melts. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the peanuts. Start adding the potato chips a handful at a time until the mixture is fairly thick. The mixture shouldn’t be too runny, but not as thick as cookie batter.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto waxed paper into bite-sized mounds. These will begin to set up and get hard. Once the cookies are fully set (about an hour), you can pick them up and store them in plastic containers.
Enjoy your no-bake potato chip and peanut cookies!
